What Is PrimeLister?
PrimeLister is a Poshmark automation tool and crosslister. On the Poshmark automation side, you can house your inventory, set a sharing schedule for your listings, send offers, and so much more.
The cool thing about PrimeLister is that they also have a crosslisting function, so you’re hitting two birds with one stone! But more on the features later.
Pricing
Before we get too far into the PrimeLister review, I know how important price transparency is. Next, we'll go over the price for both the automation tool and crosslister tool.
Poshmark Automation Plan Price
The Poshmark automation tool costs $24.99 per month. However, if you pay on a yearly basis, you’ll save $5 a month and pay only $19.99 per month.
Crosslisting Plan Pricing
If you’re looking for a crosslisting platform too, PrimeLister has you covered! Separate from the Poshmark Automation Plan, PrimeLister has two different tiers of crosslisting plans: Basic and Pro. The Basic plan is $29.99 per month, and the Pro plan is $49.99 per month.
If you pay for a yearly subscription instead of monthly, you can save 30% off of the monthly prices I just mentioned. Meaning, you will pay $20.83 per month for the Basic plan and $33.33 per month for the Pro plan.
With both crosslisting plans, you get auto delisting and re-listing, scheduled tasks, inventory import, and the bulk task function.

Getting Started On PrimeLister
Luckily PrimeLister makes it super easy to get started, especially considering their 14-day free trial. You can sign up for PrimeLister either on the app or a web browser with no credit card required!
Once I signed up, I made sure to download the PrimeLister app. Even though I’m usually one to read ALL of the instructions, I was just too excited to get started and explore so I jumped right in!
PrimeLister made it easy- all I had to do was login to my Poshmark account and I could see all of my inventory right on the app. Although I’m based in the United States, PrimeLister also works for Canadian Poshmark sellers, too!
Now let’s get started on the Poshmark Automation and Crosslisting features!
Poshmark Automation Features
The biggest selling point I found when trying this company out for my PrimeLister review was the automation features. I mean, who has time to manually share listings and send offers?! PrimeLister changed all of that.
Auto Sending Offers
After looking at my Poshmark statistics, close to 70% of my sales are from offers (with the other 30% being buy it now). That is why it’s so incredibly important to send out offers on Poshmark!
This tool has helped me maximize my sales by automatically sending offers 3 minutes after a potential buyer likes my item. I save SO much time and boost my sales by having PrimeLister handle this task for me!
What I really like about the auto send offers feature is that it allows you to put multiple, layering rules into place for your offers. This means you can offer different discounts based on the age of the item, the listing price, and more.
For example, I use rules to offer steeper discounts on my items that have been sitting for a while.
Auto-Sharing
This feature automatically shares my listings to my followers and to Poshmark parties. My favorite part is the ability to schedule the sharing automatically.
Because of this, my Poshmark closet is being shared 15 times a day. So, while I’m at work, sleeping, hanging out with friends- I was still seeing sales roll in!
You can set your own parameters for the amount of times that you want your closet shared. This will largely depend on your own closet size. You can choose any or all hours of the day and have up to 1000 items shared per hour.
Party Share
Along with sharing your closet to keep items fresh, you can choose to share your items to specific Poshmark parties. Every day Poshmark hosts themed parties.
One of the themes I love is their athleticwear party. I choose to have PrimeLister share all of my eligible items, like my Nike, Lululemon, and Under Armour athleticwear, directly to the party.
This allows your items to be seen by potential customers looking for your specific items.
Auto-follow
PrimeLister helps me grow my Poshmark presence by automatically following users. Because of that, I’ve seen an uptick in my Poshmark followers in return.
Although this doesn’t have a direct impact on sales, it helps me maintain my Poshmark Ambassador status.
Re-List
A major priority when it comes to selling on Poshmark is to keep items fresh. With the automatic re-list function, you can set the number of items you want re-listed every day/hour.
This is a major perk that I have yet to see on other Poshmark automation tools. It takes the hassle out of tracking how old listings are and going back in to manually re-list items.
However, if you do want to keep track of the age of your items and manually re-list, there’s a function for that too! More on that in the next section.
Creating Poshmark Tasks
Outside of the automation features, you can create one-off tasks on the PrimeLister app. My favorite tool is the send offer task. Although I have it set up to automatically send offers to likers, it’s also important to send out higher offers at different intervals.
I initially send out offers of 10% off 3 minutes after a potential customer likes the item. But sometimes (many times) that price doesn’t catch the buyer.
That’s when I use PrimeLister to send out bulk offers. You can customize the percentage off and if you want to include a shipping discount.
I also include a minimum net earnings to make sure I keep a certain amount of profit.
Like we talked about above, you can also set up a bulk relist for your items outside of the automatic relist feature. Regardless of if you use the automatic re-list tool or the manual one, make sure to refresh your items at least every 90 days.
Another super valuable feature that I use is bulk price updating. On the PrimeLister app, you can choose to increase or decrease the price by any percentage or dollar amount that you want.
I used this feature to drop my prices by 10%, which sends the offer plus a shipping discount to my potential customers who have liked my items. This has been yet another creative way to boost my Poshmark sales!
PrimeLister Activity Page
As you can see, PrimeLister can do A LOT! You can visit the activity page to see all that has been accomplished for that day.
Here, you are able to see how many offers were sent, how many times your items were shared, how many closets you followed, and so much more.
The best part about all of this is that it’s on PrimeLister’s cloud-based app, meaning it will run in the background at all times! Other Poshmark automation tools only work when a browser is up and active.
That means you’ll have to keep your laptop on at all times or have a separate laptop to keep open just for these tasks to continue uninterrupted.
Crosslisting Features
If you’re new to crosslisting, welcome to a whole new world! By crosslisting, also known as listing your items on multiple platforms, you open up multiple new customer bases.
It’s important to note again that PrimeLister’s Poshmark Automation plan and Crosslisting plans are paid for separately (you can get a refresher in our pricing section above). However, it’s nice to have one company that supports both!
Currently, PrimeLister supports crosslisting to Poshmark, Mercari, eBay, Etsy, Depop, Facebook Marketplace, Grailed, and Shopify.
These functions are carried out through PrimeLister’s website and browser extension on Chrome. To get started, import your listings from any of the platforms mentioned above, and start spreading them to other platforms!
Safety Measures
If you’ve done some research on reselling tools, you may have heard or you may be hesitant to sign in to a third-party app with your Poshmark credentials. Because of this, I made sure to ask PrimeLister about the safety measures they have in place.
When you enter your Poshmark login, it goes through PrimeLister’s top-tier encryption and hashing technology. That means that, even if there was a data breach, all logins are totally encrypted and inaccessible.
It’s also important to keep in mind that technically, Poshmark does not welcome bot activity. However, it is widely known and still used by many Poshmark sellers, big and small.
Because of this, PrimeLister places limits on the amount of times an action can be done. Essentially PrimeLister is helping keep you out of Poshmark share jail!
They do this by utilizing their proven algorithm that simulates human behavior, making this a no-brainer and no risk to you or your Posh closet!
Customer Support
On PrimeLister’s website, there is an option for a chat function. If you send a chat, you will get an automated message that you will receive a response within 24 hours.
When I reached out to support chat, I received a response in under 20 minutes. I received a very friendly and thorough response that resolved my issue on the spot.
Their support chat is open 7 days a week during what’s typically considered normal business hours, 9AM-5PM.
Room For Improvement
One drawback that I found is a lack of sales analytics being included within PrimeLister. Because of that, you need to maintain an outside spreadsheet to track your sales.
However, PrimeLister is constantly improving and is very transparent about accepting feature requests from users, so I’ll remain hopeful that this could be an addition in the future!
