Employee Status There are 4 different tiers of employees at Plato's Closet.

1. Store Manager 2. Assistant Manager 3. Keyholder 4. Sales Associate

A Sales Associate position is an entry level position. It is typically paid around minimum wage.

Keyholders are the next step up in responsibility, and they make a couple dollars more than Sales Associates.

Keyholders are able to open and close the store, process items at the buy counter, and perform returns.

As an employee, you get a great employee discount. Mine was 30%.

And yes, you can call dibs on items as soon as they come in.

You are also able to sell your own items at Plato's Closet, even if you work there.

Most stores do not have a uniform. Just dress presentable and appropriate for work.

Shifts are usually 4-8 hours. Plato's Closet is very flexible with school schedules.
